Our founder is a Boeing 737 Captain and Assistant Chief Pilot at a major airline in the Middle East. For years, he oversaw the careers, training, and readiness of over 1,400 pilots — tracking promotions, retirement timelines, training failures, seniority changes, and hiring plans.
The tools available were fragmented. Training records lived in one system, seniority lists in Google Sheets, manpower forecasts in Excel models built over weekends, and critical decisions were made in email chains that got buried. There was no single source of truth.
EZ-OPUS — the Operational Planning and Utilisation System — is the answer to that problem. It's a single platform that brings together workforce data, training progression, scheduling, forecasting, and analytics. No more tab-switching. No more stale spreadsheets.
